This is an album cover redesign of 'The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars'. Bowie's experimental sound and evolving style captured the hearts and attention of millions. When I listen to this album I think of vivid colors, and waves of sound. I created a frame around Bowie's face to give a feeling of sound emanating from him. I kept the background white to give a sense of space for the sound waves to travel through and to make Bowie the center of the album. Along with redesigning the album case, I also wanted to design this piece in a music app setting to show another way this album cover can be used.
